The consideration of planning applications made to Cornwall Council.
The Town Council is a consultee on every plan submitted within its area and the committee considers the planning applications and submits its recommendation to Cornwall Council. Cornwall Council then considers applications in light of the responses from the statutory consultees and advice from its planning officers
Any major developments are usually referred to the full council for its consideration
It meets every 2 weeks
