At last week’s full council meeting, BSTC unanimously agreed to join the newly-formed Bude Climate Partnership CIC (Community Interest Company) as a member, strengthening its relationship with the partnership.
Bude Climate Partnership is in the process of bidding for a significant amount of lottery funding to continue its work, which includes, amongst other projects, accessing grants to provide help in areas such as energy efficiency and fuel poverty. BCP’s chances of success in securing funding are increased with the membership backing of local groups and organisations, and BSTC is delighted to continue supporting this important work.
