At the last Full Council the Council agreed to explore the possibilities and opportunities that a Community Land Trust could offer for a small area of land owned by BSTC in Stratton, to provide local housing.
This is in response to the current housing emergency that was declared last month and is in the very early stages of review, additional updates will be provided where required including any consultation with the community if it is felt appropriate to take forward.
