Create Growth Programme Returns to Support Cornwall's Creative Businesses
A programme designed to help creative businesses grow and attract investment has reopened in Cornwall.
The Create Growth Programme, funded by the Department for Culture, Media and Sport and delivered locally by Creative UK in partnership with Cornwall Council, Screen Cornwall and Falmouth University, is offering tailored support to 20 high-growth creative businesses until March 2026.
Following its successful first phase—which supported 61 businesses and led to over £14 million in investment—the programme returns to help more businesses scale up through workshops, mentoring, and investor engagement.
Applications are now open and will close on 28 May 2025. Businesses will also have the opportunity to meet the team at local drop-in sessions and attend online webinars for more information.
Creative UK CEO Caroline Norbury OBE said: “The first phase showed how impactful targeted support can be. With the creative industries contributing £368 million to Cornwall’s economy, this is a vital step in helping them thrive.”
