Exercising for Mobility provides six fun, effective and affordable chair-based Fitness Sessions per week for everyone but in particular the elderly and people with any physical or mental health issues. In addition we offer social opportunities such as refreshments between Fitness Sessions, Tea Parties and Quizzes. You will receive a very warm and friendly welcome at E4M!
