Free Exercising for Mobility Classes at The Parkhouse Centre

There are exercise classes on every week at the Parkhouse Centre, thanks to Exercising for Mobility – a registered local charity.

The free, mainly seated exercise classes are done with music and are suitable for adults with a disability or a long term health condition. However, anyone wishing to improve their mood, memory or mobility can join them. The classes are held in the main hall at the Parkhouse Centre – the Ivor Potter Hall.

Three qualified Exercise Instructors run four Chair-Based Fitness Sessions per week:

Monday mornings

9:30 – 10:30

and

11:00 – 12:00

Wednesday afternoons

2:00 – 3:00

and one Circuit Session

3:30 – 4:30

Refreshments are served between classes, providing a great opportunity to chat with friends, old and new.

Call 01288 354 866 to find out more, and get fitter, make new friends and have fun.
