With Covid restrictions being lifted today, The Parkhouse Community Centre can finally re-open its doors to all groups!
The new main atrium entrance also officially opens its doors today, as the main entrance to The Parkhouse centre. The other door will remain in use for the Ivor Potter Hall. The atrium will serve not only as the entrance to The Parkhouse, but as a new space for engagement and consultation with the public. Over the coming month more will be put in place to facilitate this, with what’s on at the Parkhouse, council news, minutes and agendas, consultation space, district maps and more.
We have also installed a councillor question box as an easy way for the public to submit questions to the Council and a suggestion box for any ideas the public may have, both will be addressed during council meetings and responded to if appropriate.
