Op Kernow Veterans' Hub Launch Event – 8th August
Op Kernow are launching a new veterans’ hub in Bude. The event will take place on Thursday, 8th August, from 12:00 to 14:00 at Berries Community Cafe in Bude.
Op Kernow, the Cornwall Ex-Military Hub, is dedicated to providing holistic support to ex-military personnel, serving personnel, and their families in Cornwall. Recognising the gap in available services, Op Kernow offers a central hub where veterans can access a wide range of support, from information and advice to connections with appropriate services. Their mission is to ensure that veterans receive timely and suitable assistance without the need to repeatedly tell their story to multiple organisations.
This launch event is an excellent opportunity for veterans to connect with like-minded individuals, enjoy a friendly atmosphere, and learn more about Op Kernow’s Community Engagement Project. Attendees can expect a welcoming environment with plenty of opportunities for conversation, support and camaraderie.
