Invitation to Tender: Bude Pitch & Putt Facility
Bude-Stratton Town Council is inviting tenders for the leasehold tenancy of the Pitch & Putt Facility and Pavilion Building located on Crooklets Road, Bude, EX23 8HN. The property is available for immediate occupation.
🗓️ Deadline for submission:
Completed tender forms must be submitted in a sealed envelope and received at the Council offices, FAO Legal and Policy Officer, no later than Noon on Wednesday 26 November 2025.
Applicants have the option not to operate the Pitch and Putt golf facility; however, due to its unique location on Summerleaze Downs, the use of the building must comply with strict requirements. The building and land must be used for “Leisure” purposes.
Any proposal that does not include the operation of the Pitch and Putt must clearly set out how this requirement will be met. Please contact Bude-Stratton Town Council with any queries.
Tenders cannot be accepted for proposals that relate solely to a private commercial enterprise.
