Planning and listed building consent has now been received for the Compass Point Project, which is great news and a big jump forward.
There is still plenty to do on this project, but the next steps can now be taken. Site investigation is due to begin in August. Tenders will go out thereafter, with a view to work beginning on dismantling the Tower in spring 2023.
