Royal British Legion D-Day 80th Anniversary Commemorations

The Royal British Legion (RBL) is set to commemorate the 80th anniversary of D-Day with a series of significant events on the 5th and 6th of June 2024. These events, taking place both in the UK and Normandy, along with community events throughout the UK, aim to honour a pivotal moment in our history.

An open invitation is extended to Normandy veterans, families of the fallen, descendants of Normandy veterans, and all members of the public. This is a unique opportunity to come together in remembrance of the sacrifices made for freedom.
