The Council is currently going through a period of change and has a number of vacancies in its office, whilst wishing to undertake a significant range of work. Pending the outcome of an organisational review that will adjust job roles and review paygrades, the Council is now seeking to employ staff on temporary contracts with the possibility of permanent employment at a later date.
A key attribute will be to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, but also have the ability to take responsibility and work on one’s own initiative.
We are seeking a range of skill sets that include communications, project management, administering leases and licences.
We can be flexible on working hours, up to 37 hours per week. Paygrades will be agreed according to skillsets, between £11.39-£13.66 per hour.
