Tenders are invited for a five year tenancy of the Kiosk, adjacent to the Lock Gates Tea Rooms, Lower Wharf, Bude.
Traditionally the Kiosk has been used for the sale of ice cream, though proposals for other uses will be entertained.
The tenancy will run from 1st April, 2023 to 31st March 2028.

Sealed tenders are to be returned to the office by 12 noon on Wednesday, 15 February, 2023.
