Bude-Stratton Town Council is inviting tenders for a 3-year leasehold tenancy of the Pitch & Putt Facility and Pavilion Building located on Crooklets Road, Bude, EX23 8HN.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of the facility, including the Pavilion building, public and staff toilets, and associated storage. This includes providing all necessary equipment, meeting health and safety obligations, and covering relevant outgoings.
The lease is due to commence on or around Monday 23 June 2025.
