The window for tendering for the Bude Town Team consultation work closed on Monday, 6 March. A total of nine tenders for the work were received.
This is the first step in a 12-month process to explore how the community thinks Bude can stay modern into the 21st century. The consultation work will be funded by the £48k grant recently awarded to the town by Cornwall Council’s Town Centre Vitality Fund.
The Town Team, along with BSTC representatives, are hoping to appoint the successful contractor by the first half of April.
