Overnight streetlight changes in Bude

Cornwall Council has advised that Bude is included in a forthcoming phase of its countywide streetlighting programme.

As part of this programme, some streetlights will be switched off or dimmed overnight, with changes planned to begin at the end of January. The exact start date is still to be confirmed.

Cornwall Council has confirmed that there has been a careful selection process for the streetlights included, including consultation with the police.

At present, street-level information for Bude has not yet been published.
